Job Summary
BIM Company is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Centre Representative to join our team for the Solar Panel Project. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, troubleshooting issues related to solar system installations, and coordinating maintenance activities for customers under warranty.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle all incoming and outgoing calls related to the Solar Panel Project.
· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and service requests.
· Record and report customer complaints or technical issues to the relevant technical teams.
· Follow up with customers to ensure problems are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
· Maintain a detailed log of calls, issues, and resolutions in the company system.
· Coordinate with field technicians and departments for installation and maintenance activities.
· Ensure proper communication flow between customers and the technical/operations teams.
· Monitor and track maintenance schedules, which are covered under the one-year warranty system.
· Provide reports on call centre performance and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (preferred).
· Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English is a plus.
· Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems).
· Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
